OUR RATES

RATES FOR HOME SERVICES

• Appointment Fee: A $45.00 charge as a minimum fee if no one is present onsite when a technician arrives for service. This fee is applied to the first hour of Service.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call  least 3 hours prior to time of your appointment.

• The regular price for service is $45.00 per hour per Technician.  The Appointment Fee is included in the first hour of service

• Immediate Service: an additional $45.00 charge per incident.

• Phone Support:  $25.00 per incident per hour if problems can be corrected by phone.  Miami PC Tech reserves the judgment on phone assistance.  Please have your Visa and MasterCard  information ready.

• Travel Fees: Though we are based in Miami, Florida, we do offer on-site services to the entire Dade and Broward county, Florida.  Therefore, we do charge for travel time to certain areas.  These fees are added to our normal rates for extensive travel times per site.           See our Service Area.

• Consulting Fees:  Miami PC Repair DOES NOT provide Free Consultations. Consulting fees to discuss your options at your location is at Service Fee Rates list above.

• Warranty:  Products sold and/or installed during on-site service will usually have a warranty for 30 days unless otherwise specified.  Labor is not included in the parts warranty for on-site service.
